    City Garden is worth the money. Been working in Vietnam for 3 years and the location of City Garden is perfect. Next to CBD district just 5 minutes’ walk, wow. A 1-bedroom apartment is very big for someone single like me. The rooms are very modern, clean, and luxurious. Staying on the 20th floor I can see the calming river which in turns make me calm and refresh from the hustle and bustle of the city. The facilities are amazing especially the swimming pool and bar in the pool as well. City Garden is worth the money for homeowners appreciate the finest quality in life.
