I have stayed for 1 night and it is a right decision to stayed here. Everything is good, comfortable, and convenient. The Botanica is near with the airport, shopping center, and park. It has a nice view from the park, I just take a view sometimes. I love design of bedroom which is a modern and air flow through the window. I feel fresh and relax.
Comfortable Living

The Botanica is suitable for anyone. I think the project is quiet moderate design and conception, The project design is cozy and homie but still showing high-quality in their furnished, for project’s exterior a pocket garden that increase freshness and lush for this urban residential. In practical term, the project’s full of convenient both facility inside and transportation. For me, this project’s serving both family living and working person, and these affected balancing life in many parts. That’s why I think these are on point for many targets.
