masteri lumiere riverside is at a beautiful location by the saigon river and the hanoi highway. this is the most popular residential area for a lot of people, especially for the high-income and expats. the metro line 1 and is within a few steps from an phu and rach chiec metro stations. it’s close to vincome mega mall, and this is great for any homeowners. as for the apartment itself, it’s extremely modern and luxurious. it’s also not that expensive for what it offers.

thao dien green is in the thao dien region, which is home to the expatriate community and is made of many garden pedestrian streets. the project offers a panoramic view of the city and the saigon river, resulting in a setting that is both natural and modern. anyone who loves luxury, elegance and modern life would love this apartment. the room is spacious as well as what i mentioned earlier. the price, while is a bit pricey, does it justice because of the location and what it offers.

it’s a completely furnished apartment that blends in well the modern, classy and elegant design. all of the rooms lets in a ton of light during the day as well as fresh air. my child attends the australian international school, which is very close by. it’s one of the many reasons why we love feliz en vista so much. the facilities makes it even better. the spa here is exceptional. my husband loves the gym and our son loves the pool. also, the shopping mall downstairs is the cherry on top.

masteri thao dien is a neighborhood near the motorway and the saigon river. it blends the pinnacle of luxury with a stunning setting. this is a large-scale, multi-complex structure. there is a shopping mall with many luxury brands, restaurant, cinema, and other places residents can enjoy at the front of the apartment building, and the project connects directly with an phu station (station 7), urban metro line 1 ben thanh - suoi tien, and it only takes 7 minutes to get to the heart of district 1 and nearby districts. life is really convienet here since there is a shopping mall right in front of the apartment complex. the two-bedroom unit comes in at a good size and its comfortable to live in. its modern, which most people will love.

while there are many units, it’s well worth it since how spacious the unit is. we are staying in a 4-bedroom unit, and its one of the spacious apartments we have seen. it’s also modern. the price is also reasonable and not expensive. it’s worth every penny. its location is convenient since it connects all areas of the city. my favorite places are vincom thao dien mega mall and mega market an phu supermarket.

the palace residences is located in an area of business and financial amenity and able to access the facility easily. as i had research about the project, the out-standing point is facility, for me inside the project has a perfect facility in every way. for the first thing is management system is look fluently, then the project’s leisure is allrounder, there’s spa, jacuzzi, steam room and kids zone. especially, there’s roof deck with garden for relaxing space. furthermore, the project’s location is interesting, and i’m sure if i live here, i will have a convenient life.

we are just a few minutes away from the most popular restaurants and international schools in district 2. the flat is handed over unfurnished, but the following items are provided: a washing machine, a dryer, an oven, an induction stove, and air conditioners. the apartment is incredibly modern, attractive, rich, and huge. the cost is high, but it is well worth it for those who can afford it.

tropic garden apartment for me is full of greenery and well reflecting how tropical environment be like. the project has elegant and western style furnished but still cozy and fresh environment as a home garden. the most impression of the project for me is lush landscape garden that’s balancing with project’s communal pool, although i live in convenient and accelerated city but i never miss my relaxing and still have a fresh environment in a single day. i think these could make the project out-standing among futuristic progressive day because natural is timeless.

with a modern design, it can call this project is the high-end villa. the location is good due to it is close to the saigon river that can take a deep breath to relief the stressful out. i enjoy with spacious swimming pool in the villa and also the tennis court. they are fully equipped and clean for the fitness.

the parcspring was completed since 2014 but the facilities are still always new and clean. it is worth for money and living with a great neighboring near the apartment. the apartment has owned the swimming pool, which is spacious and clean. the staffs are so nice, friendly, and very helpful. i’m very appreciate with the location that nearby the sai gon river, that blow the fresh air through the window in my room.
