Binh Chanh

i have been in ho chi minh for 4 years now and i call it home. it is a big city, loud, vibrant and always something going on. but the new administrative district is more somber, quiet, and calming present to it. the community is much more modern looking than the rest of ho chi minh city. new public transport is consistently building to help residents move around the city easier. the new district is in a more education center of ho chi minh, with lots of creative minds around the area. the location of building is everything for easy commute, easy leisure activities to find, and lots and lots of food stalls in the area.

the highlight of this apartment is length swimming pool, it is stretching along the building. it is suitable with the elderly person due to the apartment is so windy with an airy designed and facing the garden internal view which makes me feel so fresh. in the room, it has kitchen and balcony. i cooked sometime when i stayed at the apartment.

currently been staying at 2-bedroom condo unit and flora mizuki is just so pleasant. many parts of the area are under renovations, but with the train stations and bus stops i can move around easily. the city center is only 10 minutes away with the bus to go shopping, eating out, walking around the street. around flora mizuki the parks and canal is amazing for a active lifestyle. the community is great, to have bbq sessions. the area is just vibing with greenery and the calming canal. with japanese theme parks, designs, and modern facilities, its just the right amount of luxury with comfort living.

flora mizuki apartments is just a refreshing place to live in ho chi minh city. a 1-bedroom apartment at flora mizuki is very inviting and its totally like staying in japan. the tone is all brown color with white paint. the apartments have lots of hidden space to make the room feel spacious. the surrounding area of flora mizuki apartment has lots of green parks to led an active lifestyle in the buzzing city of ho chi minh.

senturia nam saigon is the most beautiful place which is worth of buying with a greenery space around the villa. its owning 20 hectares of golden land along with the river, which can make me feel calm. i stayed at the house with my family for 2 nights and visit at the fish market to looking for some local life there. meanwhile, it has a shopping center in the villa area that can be convenience with us.
