the staffs in this apartment are very helpful. they really listened what we need and give a good advice with a professional performance. they have spacious and clean swimming pool. i went there sometimes. it has many stores and restaurants nearby the apartment just a walking step. the room is modern design interior and clean. i can take a look at the river from the room, it so gorgeous and i’m so appreciate with it.

the location is directly at the entrance of le van luong nha be street, making it quite easy to go around. many services are available nearby, including farmers' markets, supermarkets, electronics stores, schools, and hospitals. my unit, which is a 3-bedroom unit, is modern and has a good size window that lets in a lot of light. getting to phu my hung, my child's international school, and crescent mall takes only a few minutes. the price of the apartment is reasonable.

a perfect location tucked away from the city center. a 2-bedroom condo is cozy and inviting. the living area in the condo is nice and modern. the metro station is right in front for the building so it easy to commute for work or to go in the city. the highlights are the amenities offer to residents. recreation and sports complex dominate the area. as the population is quite young, they are lots of chic cafes, restaurants, parks, and many basketballs court and tennis court. a nice investment for the future and my future body to lead a healthy and calm lifestyle.

been in ho chi minh for 3 years and the city is loud, nosy, colorful, and just vibrant. it is amazing and beautiful. moving to sunrise riverside at a 2-bedroom condo is perfect for couples. the room is modern and the living space is open, airy, good ventilation, and quite spacious as connecting with dining area too. the balcony is worth it of the resort style theme looking at the river, swimming pool and lush greenery surrounding the building. an up-and-coming district, i am surrounding by lots of restaurant and healthy amenities. golfing, boat rides, and cafes are good down time after long days and rush at work.
