the grand marina saigon offers a panoramic view of the saigon river, the city center, and the enormous green space of the zoo and botanical garden. the river vista is breathtaking and never gets old. i can go around the city swiftly and easily thanks to the metro line. this is fantastic because the grand marina saigon has signs of being a banded hotel. it's ultra-modern and magnificent. the flat is large, and i feel like i'm getting my money's worth.

for me, grand manhattan is a luxury apartment that’s creatively design and get along well with hustle commercial center of ho chi minh city. the project is on point for dynamic and active lifestyle with high-quality as a new york. as i researched the project is full of convenient facility: first thing is business location where’s suitable for working resident both single and family; then, inside the project has luxury design but still have cozy atmosphere and these are livable so much; finally, the project has well- management system and provide us a nice environment. so, this will be interesting for urban apartment.

alpha mall is at the base of our apartment, it’s one of my favorite places to visit after work and on weekends. i don’t have to go anywhere. the alpha hill project is located at 87 cong quynh street, in the heart of district 1, in a convenient location. it takes only 5 minutes to get to the metro station. my 3-bedroom unit is very luxurious, modern, and spacious. it’s great for families.

if someone ask me to recommend the beautiful apartment in vietnam, i will recommend this one. it is spacious and fully equipped in the room. the project is also provided the washing machine and brand-new amenities for the kitchen. the infinity pool is so cool, it also has garden nearby that can make me feel a bit privacy. the staff were very friendly and helpful. it was so beautiful outside and interior. moreover, it is calm and away from the tourist spots.

the grand manhattan project is going to be amazing. located in the heart of saigon. i stayed in ho chi minh for 6 years now and it’s a wonderful city. lots of culture, tradition, amazing food, friendly people, and always something new happening. however, the city can be calming, laid-back as well especially after work hours. the grand manhattan is going to be a luxurious apartment with a stunning view of saigon. 2-bedroom apartment is spacious and of course with modern furniture’s and facilities. but what is worth the value of the project is the amazing location in saigon.

the apartment will complete in 2022 and i can’t wait to own the room. with the beautiful and modern style of this apartment, you can have a gorgeous of saigon view. it is easy to commute due to the location is near with the road and next to the river. it is a good location to stay. moreover, it is also near with the bus station.

centennial ascott is located in the city center of saigon. stayed in ho chi minh for 5 years now and been staying in the city center for the whole time. ho chi minh city center is well buzzing with markets, people going to work, lots of outdoor and indoor shopping center. at night they are food stalls all around the city. the city center in ho chi minh is rather high-end as well with beautiful restaurant along saigon river. centennial ascott apartment project is a luxury apartment in ho chi minh. a modern looking apartment with high-end furniture in the emerging city of saigon.

d1mension is impressed me at first by their green space surround the beautiful building. as a resident, i think this project is always interesting and be a freshness of my relaxing part because living in a center of ho chi minh city is not often to touch the green space close to the residential especially in this reasonable price with many facilities and prime location. so, i think this worth to invest.

this is a grand apartment and space living which is along with the name the grand. the staffs are so nice, enthusiastic and helpful with us. it is worth for living and money for the person who is seeking the second home. there is a game room and spacious swimming pool and it is located near the beach, my kid very enjoys at the moment when we stay at the apartment. highly recommend for everyone.
